The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
I would be happy to lengthen or shorten any item for no extra charge! I made the necklaces a standard size so that I could make adjustments so they can be the perfect fit for you! Please just leave what length you need in the comments section of your purchase. Thank you!
Custom and personalized orders
I would love to make a personalized order for you! If you have any old buttons or tie tacs or old jewelry pieces of loved ones or pieces that have special memories, I would love to make them into a personalized piece for you. It would be a great way to remember a loved one or honor a special memory. Just send me a message with the picture of the item and I will create some designs for a special piece for you!
