SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping is offered on orders to the Continental U.S. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for international shipping. International buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs that may apply to their order. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to create. Handling time for in stock items is one to three business day. Handling for back ordered items is 3-5 business days for production. Please message me for more details on back ordered items if you have any questions. Please note if an alternative color option is available and selected for a piece, then this may increase handling time (usually 3-5 business days). If an item is needed sooner, then please contact me. I am always happy to accommodate however I can :)
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase and ship the order back within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Full refunds will be given for merchandise returned in original condition. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order.
If there is an issue with your jewelry, then adjustments can be made free of charge. Please send me a message about the adjustments that need to be made. I will always stand behind my jewelry! I want to do everything possible to ensure that you will be able to enjoy your special piece for many years to come!
